Release Date: 2025-02-10

🎉 A warm (and slightly belated) Happy New Year from the SLG Broadcast Suite team! 🎊
As we step into February, we hope your year is off to a great start.
We are thrilled to share some exciting updates to make 2025 a year of innovation and progress for you.
Here is to a successful, productive, and smooth journey ahead. Cheers to 2025! 🚀

Features

Let's explore what's new:

  • SBS-1550: HTTPS Support
We have added native support for TLS connections between Core, GUI, and API.
You can enable HTTPS in the HTTPS settings and use the bundled default certificate. It's important to update the appsettings.json file accordingly when enabling HTTPS.
  • SBS-1149: Duplicate and Edit
Say hello to our shiny new Duplicate button on the index and detail pages! Previously, duplication could only be achieved through the context menu, but now it is front and center. 🎯
Even better, we have added Duplicate and Edit! With this option, you will jump straight to the edit page after duplicating, no extra clicks required. It is fast, easy, and also available in the context menu.
  • SBS-3145: RDS Action UDP
The RDS action has been extended and now also supports UDP.
The RDS Encoder (UDP) device is now available for this purpose.
  • SBS-3151: WebRTC Intercom
The new WebRTC integration enables audio and video connections between web panels for real-time communication. Talkback can be triggered from any configured trigger. Stay tuned for more WebRTC news 🚀

The following features require the Audio add-on.

The following features require the Inventory add-on.

  • SBS-1622: Inventory Add-on
