This should never happen again:

SBS-3893: Fixed an issue where SW-P-08 Crosspoint triggers notified multiple times after the matrix status has been requested
SBS-3888: Placeholders with JSON payloads
Fixed an issue where certain JSON payloads were treated as placeholders and therefore sent without curly braces ({}).
To prevent existing placeholders from being affected, there is a new Placeholder Replacer With Alternative Regex setting in the technical settings for this fix.
This setting is disabled by default and can be enabled if necessary.
SBS-3889: Fixed an issue where a DSA connection could not be established correctly, resulting in unnecessary reconnections.
SBS-3894: Fixed an issue where an SW-P-08 Crosspoint trigger could not be used if there was no SW-P-08 Crosspoint action with the same device

SBS-3883: Fixed an issue where the Agent could not be started when AgentBrowserWindowActionEnabled was enabled.
