Features
Let's explore what's new:
- SBS-1399: Core Jobs
With the new Jobs index page, you have the possibility to see which jobs are scheduled or running in the Core.
This includes e.g. Trigger Delay or Action Retry.
Background jobs such as Purge Deleted Items are also displayed and can be executed manually.
The newJobs
index page is located in theTechnical
menu. To activate this menu, theTechnical Mode
must be activated in the Technical settings. - SBS-2229: Delete Filters
In the index pages, it is now possible to delete filters that are no longer needed. - SBS-2278: SIP Triggers
We have added support for the SIP protocol.- The new SIP Register trigger monitors the registration status of individual SIP accounts.
- The SIP Ringing trigger allows to react to incoming calls.
Audio
- SBS-2363: Audio Inputs
Broadcast Suite supports now multiple audio inputs. The source of these are currently WDM devices only.
Please note that these inputs require additional licensing. - SBS-2364: Silence Detector Trigger
Allows to monitor an audio input and reacts when the audio level is below a certain threshold. Please note that this is currently supported on Windows only.
Panels
- SBS-2365: Peak Meter Component
It's finally here: Web panels support now peak meters. Each meter can be assigned to an audio input. We currently support the ARD+9 scale, more to follow.

. - SBS-2362: The purge jobs for the log/history data have been split into several small jobs. Each job has its own purge setting. This offers the possibility to purge log/history data in a more specific way.

- The E-Mail action now uses MailKit as SMTP client to send emails.
- The

parameter has been renamed toRecipients
. - In the E-Mail settings, you can now set the timeout for the E-Mail action.
- In the E-Mail settings, you can now set whether the SMTP client should allow untrusted certificates.

From Name
. This name will be used as sender for the e-mail.

- SBS-2388: In the Bionic Studio GPIO action, the

- SBS-2440: Fixed an issue where in the IHSE Crosspoint action the placeholders in the
Crosspoints
parameter were replaced only once

- SBS-2292: Fixed an issue where images in a panel were not displayed when the panel was displayed as a tab
