Breaking Changes

Attention! These things are very important:

• SBS-3419: VisTool Embed
  With the update to Broadcast Suite 2025.1 or newer, web panels can no longer be embedded into LAWO VisTool due to an incompatibility with the integrated Chromium engine. This incompatibility will be fixed in an upcoming VisTool version.
  As an alternative, you can use the Broadcast Suite Agent to show web panels on Windows clients.

Improvements

These things are much better now:

• SBS-3320: We have added support for basic authentication without username for API devices

• SBS-3328: We have updated the panel website component to allow microphone and camera access

Bugs

This should never happen again:

• SBS-3321: Fixed an issue where negative numbers in a trigger were incorrectly compared, resulting in an incorrect trigger status.
• SBS-3325: Fixed an issue where the Test Trigger, Test Event and Test Action buttons did not check the user permissions.
• SBS-3326: Fixed an issue where some detail pages could not be shown due to an incorrect permission check

• SBS-3316: Fixed an issue where the RPM files were not signed correctly

License

• SBS-3311: Fixed an issue where the display value for the license V4 had the wrong version
• SBS-3317: Fixed an issue where, in rare cases, an incorrect text was displayed in the license banner.

Panels

• SBS-3309: Fixed an issue where panels could not be saved due to an exception related to panel components
